We are excited to kick off the 2010 training season with our Lineman Camps!

Coach Brad Vanneman will headline our Line camps.
Coach Brad was a 3 yr. starting center at University of Washington - Taylor's center at UW.

Our training philosophy for our Lineman athletes is simple work hard, make every rep count and have fun!
Every Lineman athlete who attends our camp will:
- Learn the proper techniques for their position
- Perfect their technique through repetition
- Grow as a person as well as an athlete!
As our more experienced athletes, the Lineman camps are designed around the belief that perfection is earned, not given. Only through proper coaching and than tons and tons of reps can an athlete truly become the best they can be...on and off the field.
At Barton Football Academy it's about much more than football...it's about you.

Typical Lineman Camp activities
- Dynamic Warm-up that includes stretching, footwork, speed drills and quickness drills
- Position Specific Training (PST) - our lineman athletes will spend time working on both offensive and defensive techniques and drills. Every camp session offers them the chance to get feedback on their technique and to perfect it through repetition...lots of repetition.
- PST is available for:
- All Offensive and Defensive Lineman
- Group Drills - Our lineman camps are very specialized and focused on what is needed to excel on both the offensive and defensive sides of the ball. We will do group drills so that our athletes gain experience 'squaring off' against each other. The game of football is decided in the trenches...and our lineman athletes are the difference makers on and off the field.
We also realize that there is a difference between an athlete in 5th grade and one on the high school varsity team. We work during every camp session to make sure athletes are placed with kids of their appropriate skill level.
