Back for 2010 is our intense small group workouts with Taylor Barton and Mike Bush. Our small group training is designed to really push the athletes. We limit these camps to 30 athletes per session, so register early. This means, over the 2 or 3 hour camp period, each athlete will get a tremendous amount of reps and very personalized 'eyes on the player' feedback and training.
Same great drills - A lot more focus
The drills we run in these small group camps are the same as what is offered in the larger sessions but the smaller camp size allows our coaches to really zero in on technique and the small things that make the difference.
Back again in South Seattle
Foster High School is once again hosting our south Seattle small group workouts. Come prepared to work hard and go home tired. You'll leave each session with a sense of satisfaction knowing you will have the edge when you hit field again in the fall!
