Coaching is a unique and rewarding experience. Working closely with athletes as they strive to develop their potential is exciting and at times requires more than a little bit of patience. The reward is unlike any other though. Knowing you had an impact on a young athletes development and success, on and off the field, is an extraordinary feeling.
At the Barton Football Academy our coaches are focused on 3 things:
- Developing the skills necessary to succeed at the game of football with an emphasis put on the little things that make the difference
- Teaching the importance of focus, effort and desire through a consistent and common message delivered by all of our coaches
- Growing the athlete as a person as well as football player by extending the lessons learned on the field to our athletes everyday life

Whether working with a 1st grader who is just picking up a football for the first time or a senior in high school looking to play at the next level our coaches share one thing in common - passion. A passion for football. A passion for coaching. A passion for helping young athletes achieve success.

We are always looking for coaches interested in working with our athletes at individual camp locations, across entire territories or during certain times of the year. We run camps from Jan. to August so there is plenty of opportunity to join us on the field!
